Once we have received your e-mail or the application form filled with all your personal information, we will reply you sending you an e-mail with the description of the trip and its quotation as soon as possible.
Once you have received it, please inform us about it and tell us if you consider necessary to modify the programme.
Once you have confirmed us that the trip suites you and fulfil your needs, we will know if it is possible to start with the reservation procedure.

Once you have confirmed us the trip that you have chosen by e-mail, we will send you a Pre Booking Invoice by e-mail (or fax), where you will have specified all the services that you have asked for the trip (for example: excursions, quantity of hotel nights, transfers, etc) and the total price of the trip.
To start making the reservations for tours in Argentina, you have to confirm them by making a deposit of the 40% -in concept of pre-payment- of the total amount of the trip. The rest (60%) shall be paid 45 days before the beginning of the tour. If the total amount of the trip is less than USD 1000, we will ask you the 50% in concept of pre-payment of the total amount of the tour, to start making the reservations.
For tours abroad Argentina, , you have to confirm reservations by making a deposit of the 40% -in concept of pre-payment- of the total amount of the trip. We will inform you when to pay the rest (60%) of the tour as each tour abroad has its owns conditions and may vary one from another.
Once the payment is confirmed, please send us by e-mail or fax the transfer receipt given by your bank as well as the Pre Booking Invoice signed with the number of your Identity Card and photocopies of the passports of all the passengers.
Once we have received the Pre Booking Invoice signed by you and with your number of Identity Card, the photocopies of the passports and the bank transfer receipt, we will be able to start with the reservation procedure regarding the services requested by you.
Once the reservations are confirmed, we will send you by e-mail a document including the detail of confirmed services.
We will send you the vouchers bye e-mail once the total amount of the trip has been paid. We can also send you the vouchers by mail to the address that you inform us.
All the services that your trip includes will be issued after the total amount of trip has been paid by you.
The advance deposit is needed to book the services but can not be used for its issue.
If the passenger wishes to have all the services issued at once, that can be totally possible by paying the total amount of the trip at once.
If the passenger wishes to pay more than the 40% of prepayment or paying the total amount of the trip at once, it is totally possible.
We ask you to read the "General Terms" and we will also send you a document with "Booking Conditions for your trip" so you can read them and send it back to us by e-mail signed by you.
